All pieces are slow made, and hand made with polymer clay and brass so they will vary slightly in shape, size and colour. Both materials are very light weight.
For the ear posts and hooks I use surgical grade stainless steel and gold plated sterling silver. Findings are brass.
WHY DOES BRASS CHANGE COLOURS?
Brass and most metals naturally change over time because they are coming in contact with natural elements such as water and oils. This is easy to fix by wiping your metals down with a delicate jewelry cloth or tarnish remover made for metals.
For the clay when needed use a damp cloth, or a q-tip and gently rub. Please treat them kindly, as they are sturdy enough for normal wear, but delicate enough not to endure extreme pressure or bending. Any pieces that have Brass may naturally change or tarnish over time because of exposure to natural elements such as water or oils. To keep your brass pieces from changing or tarnishing keep them dry and wiped with a jewelry cloth or tarnish remover.

If SSL encryption is enabled, the data you submit to us can not be read by third parties.
US based companies whose software we use, have all signed up to the Privacy Shield. If you are not happy for us to share your data with those partners, please do not use our services.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
We will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties, nor will we share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may pass your information to our third-party service providers or subcontractors for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf . However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and to ensure that they comply with all the requirements of the Data Protection laws.

DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
Flat rate $5.00 shipping for all domestic orders.
FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $75
I do ship internationally, if you don’t see your country available as a choice, email me and I’ll gladly add it!
International shipping cost is $8.00
**Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs**
Delivery time varies depending on payment clearance, product availability and destination. I aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. If you need your parcel to arrive sooner than the estimated standard times, please contact me for a quote on an express service.
All parcels are shipped priority and registered by Canada Post.
In case a parcel gets lost, we will refund the full cost of the item (including shipping) as soon as the package is declared lost by the post. If you have not received your package 4 weeks after shipping date, please contact us so we can initiate a case with the post office.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, please take detailed pictures as soon as you receive the parcel and contact me immediately. We will need to open a case with the post office and you will be the recipient of the refund.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by postal service disruptions, customs checks in the country of destination and reasons beyond our control. Any customs charges and associated handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
I do accept returns and exchanges as long as it is within 7 days of receiving your jewelry. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the jewelry must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you, or it will be non refundable or able to be exchanged. However if your adornment arrives damaged or needs a repair over time, please reach out via email! I’m more than happy to repair your jewelry if possible!
